People of Earth,

On Belhalf of all the citizens of the Animal's Republic of Robbin, General Haggis M. Lee, President of the republic would like to wish all our site visitors a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous new year.

The Republic, located in the NW corner of was the state of Minnesota, declared it's independence in 2007. Its citizens and leadership have struggled heroically the past few years, through all the challenges that confront a budding democracy. General Lee is pleased to announce that, "so far, no one has been killed or very seriously injured.

 Although, as in the case of Ray Squirrel and Vinny Mouse, there have been some close calls and even a gender change. The gender change due to a transporter malfunction as Ray and Vinny Mouse made their triumphant return from the 24th Century. Other than that, it's been pretty cool. Oh ya, we shouldn't forget the big hydrogen explosion when Vinny Mouse, the Republic's Director of Science and Technology, had a failed experiment while trying to adapt a 1979 Toyota pickup to burn hydrogen.... and it doesn't look like they're finished with the aliens yet either. Oh well, these are the things that challenge a democracy. Always an adventure.

PS: All will be pleased to be informed that on  November 10th, Ray Squirrel accompanied by Vinny Mouse transported through the worm hole at the Pittsburg Elevator and successfully returned a short time later. Upon their return, Ray was aghast to find himself wearing a pink chiffon dress and immediately attacked Vinny, a strong indication that all was back to normal in the Republic.
